All vendor fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Vendor booth set up begins at 3 pm. Vendors may enter the Marketplace to set up but all vehicles must be moved before 4:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed inside gates after 4:30 pm.

I understand that all booth set-ups will be my responsibility, which includes but is not limited to a tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft to my exhibitor/property, and agree that I will indemnify and hold harmless the Jay Chamber of Commerce and volunteers from any claim or cause resulting from my actions.
